Ordering from the Georgia Yarn Company is easy. Send me a email at email@example.com tell me what you are interested in with your name, address and phone number and how you would like to pay. Pay Pal or credit card. DO NOT email me your card information. If you are using a card please call and give me your information over the phone. (706) 453-7603 a secure land line. Please note I do not store any card information on any of my computers.
Special orders: All special orders now require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. If I am not able to fill your order your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your order once it has been placed you will loss your deposit.
When I know the total cost of your order I will send you a Georgia Yarn Company invoice. I may also send you a Pay Pal invoice or request payment by check, money order, bank draft or credit card. We now take all major credit cards over the phone. Payment is due when you get the invoice unless other arrangements have been made. After 10 days a 3% late fee will be added to your total order and every 30 days that it remains past due.
Taxes: By law I an required to collect GA sales tax, 7%, from Georgia residents ordering online or from anyone purchasing from the warehouse. If your state/country requires you to pay taxes/duties this is your responsibility.

I ship internationally via the US post office. I will work with you to find the cheapest way to ship.
Gift Certificates: I can email or mail a certificate, starting at $10 dollars to anyone you like.
Wholesale orders: My prices start out at half of what the "big" guys are charging but I do offer a volume discount.
Cotton: 10% on orders 25-49 pounds, 15% on orders over 50 pounds. 20% on order over 100 pounds. Mix or match colors or sizes to get the pounds you need.
Silk: 10% on orders 25-49 Kilos, 15% on orders over 50 Kilos 20% on orders over 100 Kilos. Mix or match types and/or sizes of silk.
Should you receive an order with an error, please note that we will make it right. Please don't despair, just call us and we will fix the problem.
On returns in general, the following is our policy. Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for full credit or replacement. If returned within 30 days, please check your order when you get it. We will absorb all shipping costs. If your order was filled correctly we will gladly accept your return. If returned within 30 days. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders. Yarns sold by the cone by weight must not have been drawn down. A 25% restocking charge will be deducted. If you return part of an order that received a discount and the remaining part of the order in your possession by itself would not qualify for the discount, we will recalculate the charges on your entire order to recover the discount before issuing your credit on returned goods.
